Milo Ventimiglia calls his “This is Us” co-star Mandy Moore “lovely, kind, beautiful, and amazing.”

Milo Ventimiglia and Mandy Moore are fast approaching, but their relationship on “This Is Us” was not always smooth.

Ventimiglia appeared on the That Was Us podcast on October 15 and recalled an incident that happened between them on the set.

“So first of all, of course we all know that Mandy Moore is one of the sweetest people. 'She is exactly what you all see her as. Lovely, kind, beautiful, and wonderful. Mandy Moore has never been abused in her life.”

Moore enthusiastically agreed, saying, “Yeah, no one ever said ‘F you’ to me.”

Ventimiglia continued.

“In the middle of the take, things were going in a certain direction, and I think I, as Jack, was feeling it and getting a little defensive.

The actor turned to Moore and explained. “You might have dropped the F-bomb, but at one point, just at the end of this back-and-forth, it was like chasing them around, and I was just like, 'Fuck you!' ' and I was like, 'Fuck you!'”

He added, “And I kind of started looking away. Mandy literally put her finger under my chin and pulled my face back. What did you say?

“I know what you said. Look at my face!' You said,”

.

As mentioned, there was no bad blood between the co-stars, and I think that incident between them was really funny. And of course, when you are filming a show as emotional as “This Is Us,” it makes sense that things would heat up a bit.

The series ran for six seasons from 2016 to 2022. Chrissy Metz, Sterling K. Brown, and Justin Hartley also appeared on the show. Moore and Ventimiglia played the parents of the other three actors on the show, so of course their stories were particularly poignant.
