Ben Affleck is back in action as Jennifer Lopez makes new revelations about her divorce.

As reported by People, the actor was photographed on a Los Angeles movie set on Wednesday, October 9. His workwear that day consisted of an orange plaid jacket that can only be described as “pumpkin spice chic,” a casual dark gray T-shirt, and jeans.

It is unclear which project Affleck was filming on this week, but People reports that he is currently working on a number of films, including many with his and Matt Damon's production company Artists Equity.

This latest Ben Affleck sighting comes just as Lopez broke his silence about their painful and public divorce in an in-depth interview.

Speaking to Interview magazine's Nikki Glaser, the “Jenny From the Block” singer admitted that her second separation from Affleck was one she thought was final and feared would “take me away for good.”

However, the superstar was also very philosophical about the whole affair, citing it as a lesson learned at the end.

“I was thinking about this period in my life,” she said. And I thought, 'No, this is where I need to be to get me where I want to go.'”

She added, “But now, on the other side of it, I think to myself, 'Fuck, that's exactly what I needed. Thank you, God. I'm sorry it took so long. I've put you through this so many times; I should have learned a couple of times ago. I get it. You had to hit me hard over the head with a hammer. You dropped the house on me. You don't have to do it again.'”

These words seem to refer to her many engagements and marriages that ended in painful breakups: Lopez was engaged a total of six times and married four times.

After two years of marriage, Lopez filed for divorce from the Gone Girl actor on August 20. The filing followed months of speculation that the two were headed for divorce.

They reunited in 2021 after 14 years and became engaged and married in 2022.
