They say that parenting changes a person, and while I can't speak to that (I've never cared for anything more than an old chihuahua), it's clear from recent sightings of Hailey Bieber and her husband, Justin, that the old adage is true.

Apparently, five years is the anniversary of the cozy “Lil' Sweater” and the designer bag. How many years will she bring back the no-pants look?
