Kate Winslet Refuses to Share 'Retirement Fantasies' as 'Rude and Sexual'

Of all the things I thought Kate Winslet might keep secret, I never imagined that what she would do when she retired would top the list. And yet!

During a recent appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the TV host asked the actress what her “retirement fantasy” would be if she stopped working.

“I don't think I can tell you what I would do because it would be inappropriate,” Winslet replied. 'No, I can't tell you. I can't tell you because it's rude and it's sexual.”

?????

Anyway, the actress added, “They're not going to find out! That's all I have to say. I will not age. I will never retire. Never.”

Certainly good news for fans.

The “Holiday” star appeared on the TV show to promote her new movie, “Lee,” which opens nationwide Friday. The film follows the life of legendary war photographer Lee Miller, for which Winslet not only stars but also produced.

According to Colbert, the British actress recalled meeting Miller's son Antony Penrose for the first time to talk about the film.

“He is a wonderful man. Ever since 'Titanic,' I've always hoped that if they ever made a movie about my mother, you would play her."
