David Beckham confesses that he fell in love with Victoria at first sight.

Twenty-five years after their marriage, David Beckham is still as close to his wife Victoria Beckham as the day he first met her.

Asked at Stella Artois' “Let's Do Dinner” event in New York City on September 19 if it was “love at first sight” for him, David told People, “Of course.”

Needless to say, he explained, “She's a very nice girl. She was the Spice Girl, sexy, beautiful, and charming.”

The former soccer player added, “Then I realized what a strong woman she was. So, again, the gift just kept on giving."

Help, so sweet.

David and Victoria first met in 1997 and married in 1999. They have Brooklyn (25), Romeo (22), Cruz (19), and Harper (13).

The famous couple's romance has been the stuff of movies since the beginning, when they met in a parking lot to keep their relationship out of sight.

It's clear that the two keep it fun and playful and aren't afraid to make fun of themselves, as they did when they recreated a viral “get honest” moment for a Super Bowl ad. Even better, Victoria poked fun at her claim to have grown up “working class” by wearing a T-shirt from her label that read, “My father had a Rolls Royce.”

While the two were not afraid to call each other out and share the hardships they experienced, they were also not afraid to express their sweet love for each other. On Victoria's last birthday, David wrote a tearful message on Instagram.

“Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife... As you head into this birthday you should look back and be proud of what you have accomplished, achieved & what you have built, Posh spice, business woman & of Of course marrying an England captain,” he wrote.

“But your greatest successes are your children, you guide them, you love them, you teach them... They love you more than words can describe, we all love you so much, you are 50 years old, healthy... I am honest."

Love is real. !!!!
