Princess Katharina-Amaria of the Netherlands is a vision in royal blue (and her mother's shoes)
Princess Catherina-Amaria made a regal appearance at a recent gala.
Attending an official event at the Nourdeinde Palace in The Hague on Wednesday, the 20-year-old princess looked regal in a royal blue gown by Alex Perry. The long-sleeved satin dress was tight-fitting and had a lovely square neck, and Amalia paired it with a long shawl.
As if to make the look very relatable, Amalia, Hello! reported, finished the look with shoes borrowed from her mother, Queen Maxima. She wore Gianvito Rossi's 105 navy velvet pumps, referencing Kate Middleton's style.
Amalia wore her blonde hair in an elegant low bun, accessorized with a diamond choker and drop earrings.
Princess Amalia attended the opening of Parliament this month in Safiya's wintergreen gown, proving that she is one of the best-dressed royals in the world.
The high-necked, floor-length dress featured sweet cutouts and sleeves that opened into two small trains. As reported by the Daily Mail, Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, once wore the exact same gown.
On that occasion, Amalia paired the dress with Stuart Weitzman metallic heeled sandals, wore her hair down in flowing waves, and wore a gold headband and matching earrings.
Princess Amalia, Princess of Orange, is the first in line to the Dutch throne. She is currently ruled by her father, Prince Willem-Alexander.
The princess studied political science, psychology, law, and economics at the University of Amsterdam.
