Jennifer Lopez may have erased Ben Affleck's commitment tattoo.

Jennifer Lopez sent a clear message that her relationship with Ben Affleck is over when she appeared at the Toronto International Film Festival last week.

When the actress and singer appeared at the premiere of her film “Unstoppable” in a nearly revealing Tamara Ralph gown, the sexy silver sequined dress quickly became known as the “Revenge Dress.” Further highlighting its aspect as a revenge dress: the open side of the gown, tied with a black velvet ribbon, flaunted the fact that Lopez's tattoo, which she had dedicated to her former lover, was nowhere to be found.

It is not clear whether Lopez had permanently erased the tattoo or simply covered it up with makeup for the event, but in any case, the absence of ink made a clear statement.

Lopez and Affleck got tattoos dedicated to each other on Valentine's Day 2023 as a symbol of their love, especially commitment-at least according to an Instagram post Lopez shared for her tattoo debut, in which she wrote, “Commitment ♾️ Happy Valentine's Day my love ᤍ,” she captioned it.

Lopez's commitment tattoo to Affleck was an infinity sign with Cupid's arrow through it, with “Jennifer” and “Ben” written around its outline, on her left rib cage. Affleck's was a tattoo of two crossed arrows with the initials “J” and “B” in honor of Lopez.

Lopez did not specifically mention the missing commitment tattoo, but she made it clear that she had no regrets in general about her revenge-dress moment at TIFF.

“There was a debate about whether I should or shouldn't,” Lopez told People, referring to her revenge dress.

“And I was like, fuck it.”

Indeed, not only does Lopez have no regrets about that fashion statement, but she added that it “felt good” to step out in a sexy dress.
