Jennifer Lopez is the epitome of “hero energy.” She kicked off her Leo season with three outfit changes for her 55th birthday: a sheer, toile Dior dress for a bike ride in the Hamptons, a white bathing suit for her birthday Instagram post, and finally, an opulent, nearly naked Dior dress.

On Wednesday, July 24, Jennifer Lopez was photographed returning home from a late evening spent with friends at Nick & Toni's restaurant in the Hamptons. She incorporated a see-through trend into her latest look, choosing a see-through wrap-around gown from the Dior Spring 2024 Couture collection. She also wore a matching nude bodysuit underneath, creating a truly “almost naked” illusion.

J.Lo completed her birthday ensemble with black open-toe platform heels, and instead of flaunting her usual assortment of Hermes bags, she carried a beaded gray purse.

The multi-hyphenate completed her evening glamour with a pair of dangling diamond-encrusted earrings. Her honey blonde hair was pulled into a high ponytail. Makeup was rosy pink cheeks and glossy pink lips.

“Here's to a new HAPPY year around the sun,” Lopez captioned a recent Instagram video, wearing the same gown and singing “Get Happy/Happy Days Are Here Again” with Stevie McKee.

In true Leo and J.Lo fashion, the “On The Floor” singer spent a full day (multiple days) of festivities and subsequent outfit changes in light of her birthday; in the early hours of July 24, she celebrated her 55th birthday by pedaling a white Linus bike in the Hamptons. She added a rich country club mom twist to her see-through look, wearing a translucent turquoise blue Dior dress with studded Valentino ballet shoes.

Shortly after she was spotted at the quaint vacation spot, the pop star updated her 251 million followers with a series of birthday posts. One of them featured Lopez wearing a form-fitting one-piece swimsuit from Gooseberry Intimates, the same one she had prepared for her June trip to Italy. 'This is me now...' she wrote simply.

But Lopez didn't stop there: over the weekend, she hosted a Bridgton-themed party and gave Bridgton a birthday manicure to match. A post from this elaborate party was finally uploaded to her Instagram. She danced the night away in two regal dresses. A light blue ball gown and an off-the-shoulder green ensemble.

Jennifer Lopez's month-long Hamptons days were full of wardrobe surprises, from fluffy floral maxi dresses with fisherman sandals to baggy overalls and flip-flops. The Lopez birthday festivities (and outfits) may officially be over, but that doesn't mean we can't take a lesson in how to refine the sheer look.
