Jennifer Lopez has entered the blues era.

On Sunday (April 7), the 54-year-old musician attended an apartment preview in New York City and was spotted having brunch with husband Ben Affleck at Sadelle's in Soho. As always, Lopez took inspiration from her winter wardrobe and stepped out in style, putting a game-changing spin on spring monochromatic dressing.

JLo's off-duty look for the day spotlighted various shades of blue. For starters, her oversized, ultra-dark navy coat was layered over a long-sleeved turtleneck in a slightly lighter shade of navy intimissimi.

The "On the Floor" singer continued the blue theme with a pair of Acne Studios wide-leg jeans. The one she chose was a light wash, with intentional distortion at the knees.

J.Lo completed the look by adding a baby blue hue. Accessories included a quilted Chanel purse and denim heels. She also wore blue-toned gradient frames and chunky gold earrings. (For now, the exact credit for her look has yet to be shared.)

Lopez is always looking for ways to elevate street-style fashion. She is not afraid to be casual, but in almost every case, she incorporates a sense of flamboyance and luxury into her outfits.

Last week, Lopez went for a high-low effect while running errands on a rainy day. She wore two athleisure outfits, both paired with $1,200 Prada chunky sneakers.

Lopez has also been known to carry a Hermes Birkin bag for even the most casual occasions.
