Beyonce spends "Cowboy Carter" Eve in zebra print coat and crushed boots
Everyone expected Beyoncé to continue to showcase the western look until Cowboy Carter finally arrived. Instead, what Beyonce did was to go the flashy luxury route with a bold juxtaposition print the day before the launch.
On Thursday, March 29, Queen Beyonce posted a carousel-like photo on her Instagram account (from the looks of it, she was traveling in a private jet). [Instead, Beyoncé was dressed in Attico's zebra-print faux fur. The "Texas Hold 'Em" singer coordinated her fuzzy fur beautifully with a pair of Jimmy Choo high-knee boots in an abstract zigzag pattern.
As for accessories, she carried the "more is more" theme with a huge purse adorned with white fur and a face-covering Dior shade.
The only element of her look that included a simple touch was a black mini dress embellished with side pockets.
Beyoncé's jet-setting look came just hours before the release of her album, Cowboy Carter, on Friday, March 29. A few weeks before its release, Beyoncé released two songs from the album, "Texas Hold 'Em" and "16 Carriages."
"I am honored to be the first black woman to have a #1 single on the Hot Country Songs chart," Beyonce wrote in a recent Instagram caption." It could not have happened without the outpouring of support from each and every one of you."
[12Beyoncé has been quite active on social media in the weeks leading up to the album's release, and even secretly posted a Cowboy Carter track listing yesterday. And she has also officially performed Dolly Parton's "Jolene."
When Cowboy Carter is released at midnight, we will have another western-inspired look. Unless she goes the Renaissance route and saves the official visuals for a second tour.
