Reality shows have several subgenres, ranging from dating shows like "The Bachelor" to cruel psychological games like "Traitor." Then there are survival shows that push contestants to their physical and mental limits in brutal challenges, and Netflix's Korean reality show "Physical: 100" is the latest in this category, an intense series that aims to determine the strongest competitor among 100 contestants. Season 2 is currently airing on streaming giant Netflix and has continued to rank in Netflix's Top 10 throughout its run, reaching #1 on the non-English TV charts.

Subtitled "Underground," Season 2 features a new cast of fitness enthusiasts on a huge, windowless set, displaying their incredible powers and skills. The new cast is made up of fun personalities to root for, including an underdog who continues to amaze everyone with his skills and a standout with a very unique job (Ballerino, an arborist and former star of "Singles Inferno"). Each quest is comprehensively designed. That is, the fittest bodybuilder does not automatically win. Instead, each player must use strategy, agility, and endurance to win the round. (Tests range from one-on-one wrestling matches to carrying sandbags.)

"Physical: 100" Season 2 has been a thrilling ride so far, but unfortunately it must come to an end (not so unfortunate for the athletes' bodies). Here's when the remaining episodes, including the finale, will be released on Netflix.

The final two episodes of "Physical: 100" Season 2 will be released on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, just two weeks after its Netflix debut. Fans who have been watching the show since Season 1 know that the debut season had a much longer span, with two episodes released each week between January 24 and February 21, 2023. In Season 2, more episodes were delivered each week over a shorter span. Whether this is good or bad probably depends on your level of patience. Either way, in a few days we will know which player will remain as the winner of Season 2.
