In the war between Barbie and Oppenheimer (a totally real war that finally got us all back to the cinema to enjoy the good old summer blockbuster again), the real winners were all of us. Because it gave us so much. And with "so much" to say about this gorgeous black and pink explosion of the Armani Prive dress (the Bvlgari baubles) that Zendaya was wearing,

the richly saturated and very shiny pink half of the dress actively collides with its shimmering black counterparts, and the palm-tree design is a perfect example. Actively punctuation pink in an explosive way. This creates a kind of mash-up that's hard to compare to the 2024 Oscars 2 movies that currently dominate.

Simple Question: If Zendaya was a Barbie, which Barbie would she be?

Zendaya never misses. Literally, all she's ever done is deliver hits after hits after hits. It's a track record that's really puzzling and, frankly, hard to write about her fashion choices.
