If you have not yet planned a spring wardrobe, it's time to get on with it. The weather is going to flip like a switch to warm and sunny, and you don't want to be caught unprepared. Retailers are now transitioning from winter collections to spring, so now it's time to stock up on linen staples like the best spring dresses and linen pants - especially since Gap has them on sale now.

Retailers are on my go for affordable new season essentials, especially if those essentials are made of warm weather-friendly linen. Gap's most recent campaign starring South African singer Tyra showed her dance in a selection of gauzy linen pieces, many of which are now on sale. From now until 3/20, Gap is offering 40% off almost everything, including tops, pants and shorts approved in warm weather. But that's not all — the deal will be even better with 50% off dresses.
