Beyonce's "Cowboy Carter" suit makes a bolo tie look like a black tie.

Beyonce is in the midst of a pivot to her country and has 1 week left until the release of her new album Cowboy Carter. In recent days, the star has amassed a collection of solid and sequinned ten-gallon hats that she has matched with her outfits at awards shows and public outings, a formal cowboy look complete for this year's Gold Party, the annual event she and her husband Jay-Z throw after the Oscars

The singer posted 2 Instagram slideshows to introduce her outfit belatedly. Both, with the caption, "Gold Party."IN A PHOTO POSTED TO INSTAGRAM, BEYONCE WEARS A BLACK AVANT-GARDE TUXEDO. Instead of a bow tie, she tied a shiny black ribbon around the collar and hung a series of diamonds in the center.

The jacket, custom Givenchy, has an almost kimono-inspired wrap fit, secured with what looks like a padlock top and layered over her crisp white button-down shirt. Her black, point-toe, patent leather platform stiletto heels peeked out from under her flared pants.

Bay was dressed by her longtime stylist Shiona Turini. She completed the look with a pair of Alaïa shield sunglasses, a subtle silver grille, and diamond earrings.

Western trends are hot right now, from models like Bella Hadid and Emily Ratajkowski to artists like Lana del Rey everyone has their own kind of country twang but Beyonce's Cowboy era comes from a personal place.

"This album has been produced for over 5 years," she wrote on Instagram.

"It was born of an experience that I was not welcome many years ago...And it was very clear that I was not welcome. But because of that experience, I delved deeper into the history of country music and studied our rich music archive. It feels good to see how music can unite so many people around the world, while also amplifying the voices of some of those who have devoted much of their lives to educating our musical history.

With Cowboy Carter coming out on 3/29, Beyonce's best country moments are still ahead of her.
