Gigi Hadid's date outfit with Bradley Cooper is chic at its best

Rumors have been swirling about Gigi Hadid for quite some time now. In recent months, the supermodel and slash entrepreneur has been rumored to be dating Bradley Cooper, and the two stars have been photographed on several dinner dates in New York City. Nor are they hiding their new love life. The couple was spotted after the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday. And in true supermodel style, Hadid's date-night attire was a fresh spin on the age-old late-night formula.

After the ceremony, the two headed to Los Angeles dining spot Giorgio Baldi to celebrate Cooper's nomination for the 2023 film Maestro. Hadid arrived separately from Cooper, presumably to keep their socializing as low-key as possible. She tried to dress strikingly, and it was soon apparent that she and Gloria Campano, who happens to be the actor and his mother, were coordinated in black down to their toes.

A closer look at Hadid's #OOTN reveals her deft hand in taking monochrome clothing to the next level. For starters, she played with silhouettes, opting for a slightly cropped strapless corset that revealed her gut. She paired the tummy-baring item with high-waisted pants and balanced it with a long black coat. Hadid, founder of Guest in Residence, never fails to keep it simple, so she stuck to polished black boots, gold accessories (hoop earrings and a layered necklace), and a Miu Miu Tiny Tiny Bowling Bag.

Hadid is no stranger to all-black uniforms. But somehow she knows how to remix and elevate a relatively basic uniform in new ways every time. In November, for example, the multi-faceted designer visited New York in a similar vein, wearing a V-neck vest with pants and a leather blazer. Last month, she added a comfortable pop of color with a baby blue beanie to a monotone black coordinate.

As you can see, Hadid is a pro at turning simple ensembles into timeless chic, especially when they are black. If there's anything to learn from this supermodel, it's that on days when you want to effortlessly exude capital F fashion, less is always more.
