One of the best parts of watching Netflix these days is bingeing on complex gems that show a different side of underrated stars, and in "Beef," Netflix's new revenge drama series from A24 and creator/showrunner Lee Sung Jin, acclaimed comedian Ali Wong and Internet sweetheart Steven Yeung play a duo who have taken road rage to the extreme.

For this culturally specific and emotionally charged roller coaster series, Beef has assembled a talented all-Asian cast of up-and-coming and beloved stars; here are some familiar faces (and some you may be seeing for the first time) from Beef.

With his bank account plummeting, his business stagnant, and his brother disrespecting him, Danny, a down-on-his-luck contractor, gets into a car accident with a mysterious driver. His goal in life is to save enough money to buy land and build his parents their dream home in California, but his feud with Amy keeps distracting him.

Yeung became the first Asian American to be nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actor for his role in the 2020 film "Minari." He is most widely known for his role as Glenn in AMC's hit The Walking Dead and has also appeared in the films Nope, The Humans, Sorry to Bother You, Mayhem, Burning, and Okja. Maginot grew up in Maryland and moved to New York City at age 21 to pursue acting. He has guest starred in "Blindspot," "New Amsterdam," "Tommy," "Blue Bloods," and "The Prodigal Son."

Cho is a fine artist (open in new tab), actor, and filmmaker who has previously starred in his own FX series, the eponymous "The Choe Show," and appeared in episodes of FX's "Better Things" and Disney+'s "The Mandalorian" The L.A. native has also hosted an Internet series, directed music videos, and created the album cover for Jay-Z and Linkin Park's 2004 joint album Collision Course.

Instagram Jordan is the incredibly wealthy president of Forsters, a home improvement company that is trying to buy Amy's plant company, Koyo House. She is also a culturally aggressive bully, accustomed to getting whatever she wants.

Bello has worked as an actress for decades, in films such as "Coyote Ugly," "History of Violence," "The Cooler," "Lights Out," "Grown Ups," "Flicka" and "Thank You for Smoking."
