Rizzo is the best.

The "About Dumb Time" singer made her fans very happy when she gave them the same dress she wore on the red carpet in September.

The story goes like this: Rizzo fan Aurielle Marie, Georgia's Author of the Year, was recently named to the Out 100 and was invited to the corresponding gala. There was a bit of a hiccup.

It took several weeks, but the video eventually reached Rizzo, who responded like a guardian angel.

Marie posted a new video in which they exclaimed themselves in delight while making their way towards a fuchsia tulle dress, apparently a giant package that essentially looks like a replica of Rizzo's own candy apple red dress from the Emmy Awards.

Marie tried it on, repeated "shut up" over and over, and eventually broke down in tears of joy. Honestly, it was one of the happiest moments of my life.
