Kate Middleton wears the perfect business casual blouse on top-secret trip

Kate Middleton had a secret event today. Kensington Palace revealed that the Duchess of Cambridge visited Thinktank's MiniBrum in the Birmingham Science Museum. For the occasion, she chose a turquoise blue and navy chevron-patterned Tabitha Webb blouse. She paired it with dark pants and a belt.

The event was closed to the public until this evening when Kensington Palace made the announcement (opens in new tab). Kate visited to meet the children and their parents. The Palace also revealed that Kate will be conducting research across the UK that will "spark the biggest conversation ever about early childhood and ultimately help to make a positive and lasting difference for generations to come." According to the Royal Press Corps (opens in new tab), Kate will be visiting several cities in the UK in the next 24 hours, where she will meet parents and children: Birmingham, London, Cardiff, and Surrey are among her stops. These include Birmingham, London, Cardiff, and Surrey. This will be Kate's biggest assignment of the year.
