Meghan Markle loves handwritten notes (opens in new tab) and puts her calligraphy skills to good use. In 2012, before she became royal and got her official monogrammed stationery, she used pretty "M" stationery for her handwritten notes. The designer is Alexa Pulitzer.

Princess Meghan's "M" stationery (the line was originally designed for Anthropologie) features a peacock, chimpanzee, pheasant, and bird dog forming the letters. Sadly, the line is no longer in production, but there are still a few letters left on the website. No doubt they will sell out soon. eBay has several styles, but I don't see any "M" stationery right now (sniff).

Alexa Pulitzer also has a Royal Monogram Notebook (opens in new tab) and a Monogram Notepad (opens in new tab). And her work is generally excellent; I spent half an hour on her website.

On Princess Meghan's previous blog, The Tig, she writes (opens in new tab), "The one thing that trumps everything else is my love of writing (and receiving) handwritten notes." Honestly, good for her. I don't like to write handwritten notes and with my horrible, horrible handwriting. Her handwriting is so wonderful.
