Two episodes of "The Bachelor" air on different days this week

Good news, Bachelor fans! We have more Bachelor episodes (open in new tab) than usual for next week: there will be the usual episode on Monday, February 3 from 8:00pm-11:00pm EST and another episode on Wednesday, February 5 from 8:00pm-10:00pm EST. It's a miracle of the Bachelorverse! The exact reason for this change is unknown (open in new tab), but it may have something to do with Peter Weber's face-cutting accident (more on that later). Lord knows the show loves to switch things up on us and has a slightly different schedule each season (it's like we're part of the show's drama too!) So what can we expect from this double coverage of Weber's dramatic season?

These two episodes will feature Weber's now-famous facial injury (open in new tab), which, according to the press release, is: "Peter shocks the ladies: an unfortunate accident left him with 22 stitches in his forehead." (And after the usual drama, the cast and crew head first to Costa Rica and then to Chile. Also, this priceless tidbit from the release: "When Peter and the ladies star in their own telenovela, a Latin American drama titled 'El Amor de Pedro,' does life imitate art? From the craziness of this season, ABC, it is definitely going to happen. Thanks for the heads up.

Reality Steve says, "We'll air a three-hour episode on Monday, complete with what happened in Cleveland, and show the entire Costa Rica episode. The Costa Rica group date is a swimsuit photo shoot for the cover of Cosmopolitan."

If, like me, you're feeling really shaky on pacing this season, there's good news courtesy of Reality Steve. Believe it or not, we don't know the ending of his season as usual, but (spoiler alert) here's what we do know (opens in new tab).
