Kate Middleton and Prince William celebrated Canada Day on Wednesday by sharing a new video of their latest Zoom Engagement, in which they spoke to healthcare workers at Fraser Health's Surrey Memorial Hospital in British Columbia. The Cambridges spoke to staff about working on the front lines of a coronavirus pandemic and the impact it has on their mental health.

"It's a great role you guys are playing, and a very tough one, too. [Duchess Catherine and I just wanted to tell you how proud we are of all of you and all of you on the front lines who are so stoic, so brave, putting patient care first and doing a great job," William added.

"I hope that Princess Catherine and I will be able to visit you all someday and say that in person."

Kate and William also spoke with Sunny Durai, a medical social worker, about her pregnancy experience while working on pandemic preparedness. At first, I was like, "No, I can do it." Emotionally, I wasn't really affected. And then as I got later in the pregnancy and the pandemic progressed, it really started to affect my mental health."

"I felt more angry because I didn't have the support network at home that I typically have. I have three brothers, and not being able to physically interact with them was difficult," Durai continued. But thanks to the support I've gotten from my team, I've never once wanted to stop what I'm doing."
