David's post was equally sweet, celebrating a memorable fashion moment they spent together.

David, who posted the caption "Wow we really did this," may have been referring to the matching leather outfits the couple wore or the fact that they celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary. Clearly, he is incredibly proud of all that Victoria has accomplished and also wrote, "Happy anniversary to a wonderful wife, mom, and strong businesswoman."
