TMZ thinks this could be a sign of a budding romance, but even as a woman who has absolutely nothing to do but think about celebrities at home, what does this mean for me?

Cooper has not been romantically involved with anyone since breaking up with Shake (open in new tab) in 2019, and Garner reportedly broke up with her boyfriend of two years, John Miller, before the quarantine began.

"They broke up before L.A. went into quarantine," a source told InTouch Weekly. (Open in new tab) "Jen and John remain on friendly terms and may rekindle their relationship in the future, but it's over now."

If anything, this is more like two friends enjoying a beautiful day (without masks?!) at the beach. They appear to be enjoying themselves. The two have been vocal about their friendship in the past, and in November 2018, Garner said he was one of Cooper's (opens in new tab) first friends in Hollywood when he honored Cooper at the American Cinematheque Awards.

"I took him home and made him dinner ...... I still make him dinner," she said. Friendship goals, anyone?
