Prince Harry's biographer says he is a 'shadow' of his former self

Prince Harry (opens in new tab) is not what he used to be, according to a royal biographer.

Angela Levine, who last week authored the 2018 book "Harry: Conversations with the Prince" (opens in new tab), appeared on ITV's "Royal Rota" (opens in new tab) last week to discuss Harry and Meghan Markle's royal exit ( Open in new tab) and the bombastic royal biography "Finding Freedom: Harry, Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family" (open in new tab) to host Chris Shipp.

According to Levin, Harry has changed a lot since meeting him while writing the book (opens in new tab). In particular, he believes that moving to Los Angeles had a significant impact on Harry's personality and charm.

"Harry has changed so much since I met him. He was charismatic and had a royal stardust charm," Levin said, according to the Daily Mail (opens in new tab). 'He had a wonderful, mischievous charm, especially in dealing with those who were physically, emotionally and psychologically damaged.'

When Shipp said that Harry still had those qualities, Levin countered that they had been greatly diminished since crossing the pond.

"Yeah, he's kind of overshadowed," she said.

Wow. Harsh.
