Prince Harry and Prince William Must Resolve Feud to Protect Monarchy, Royal Official Says

It is no secret that the relationship between Prince William and Prince Harry (open in new tab) has been strained for some time now. According to royal sources, the so-called "feud" between these brothers is not only devastating on a personal level, but could lead to the collapse of the monarchy. This is... This is bad.

Royal journalists Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand in their new royal biography, Finding Freedom: Harry, Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family (opens in new tab) courtier said, "We can't let them go to war."

Apparently, this issue is of great concern to those close to the royal family and was a central topic of discussion at the "summit" in the spring of 2019.

"We need to design a system that fully protects the monarchy," a palace official reportedly said at the Kensington Palace retreat before Harry and his current wife, Meghan Markle (opens in new tab), moved from London to Windsor (opens in new tab). 'The future of this monarchy depends solely on the four men currently at Kensington Palace. They are the only ones who are popular with the people. When (Prince Charles) becomes king, the only way it can last is if the four of them are not at war."
