But instead of a West Coast property, it follows a broker for a company called Nest Seekers: a mansion on the Hamptons coast of Long Island, New York. So, frankly, there are going to be lots of crazy parties and intense infighting between brokers, but the atmosphere will probably be quite different. What we know so far" Spoiler alert: not much yet!

According to the Netflix show description, the first season will span the (insane) summer months of real estate competition in the Hamptons and focus on five brokers whose jobs are frankly going to be exhausting:

"Million Dollar Beach House" is the youngest and most With 2,500 real estate agents working the Hamptons market, competition for properties is fierce. Although "Nest Seekers" is responsible for multi-million dollar properties, it is not without personal drama between the agents. Throughout the series, five brokers work from Memorial Day to Labor Day to buy and sell properties for their clients. From appeasing disgruntled sellers with home staging to cutthroat open houses where agents target each other's clients, "Million Dollar Beach House" features brokers with every view, every argument, and a lot to lose.
