Read MoreThe Sussex couple's lives (opens in new tab) have changed dramatically this year, but Prince Harry (opens in new tab) has found a way to continue one of his most unique hobbies, flying helicopters, at their new home in California.
The Sun (opens in new tab) reports that Harry has joined a very exclusive helicopter club near his new home in Montecito.
"Harry joined a local flying club in California to keep his helicopter license up to date," a source said to be a friend of Harry's told the paper.
"You know how many hours a year you have to fly to get your license renewed.According to the friend, the club means a lot to Harry (opens in new tab), who would have been really sad to see his helicopter license expire. In addition, for Meghan Markle (open in new tab) and baby Archie Harrison (open in new tab), there are fun perks to being a member.
"He is very proud of his license. He worked hard to get his Basic first, then his Apache," the source explained. 'He is very proud of that license.'
Now we eagerly await Harry and Megan (open in new tab) to launch their new Instagram account and document their expeditions. Sigh.
