Kate Middleton plays up the rose pants with a playful fall look

We all know that the Duchess of Cambridge likes to re-dress (opens in new tab). But true clothes repeaters are adept at transforming a previous look into something completely different. Kate did just that today by pairing the pink pants she previously wore as part of a pantsuit (opens in new tab) with a white T-shirt and sneakers.

The Duchess chose this playful fall outfit to meet her family at Battersea Park in London. There, the Duchess spoke to both parents and peer supporters about the importance of parent-empowered support programs. This type of initiative is used to help parents with their wellbeing, especially during difficult times such as the COVID-19 pandemic. At the park, Kate was smiling and playing with some of the small children that some of the parents had brought.

Prior to the park visit, Kate also participated in a Zoom call with experts in the field (opens in new tab). The video chat included representatives from seven different organizations that operate peer-to-peer support programs.

"Well done to you and the army of volunteers out there," Kate said (opens in new tab). 'I hope, like you, that it will become more prevalent and celebrated in the community and society at large.' [For today's outing, Kate perfectly paired chic pants with a casual T-shirt and sneakers. The Duchess previously wore these rosy slacks (open in new tab) in March as part of a pink pantsuit from Marks & Spencer. She later paired the outfit with high heels for a more formal look.

Today, however, Kate has changed her blazer and pumps to a more kid-friendly look. The white pumps are Kate's favorite and are from the brand Superga. She also often wore gold charm necklaces with the initials of her three children.

In fact, Kate presented a master class in rewear, showing that separates are indeed, well, separates for a reason.
