Why Seraghan Prime is worth it.

Why Seraghan Prime is worth it.

TheraBody, the company formerly known as TheraGun after its signature tool, is the place to go if you're looking for a personal massager. The company's handheld devices, which use vibration to expertly massage sore or overworked muscles in need of T.L.C., currently come in four models There are currently four models: Pro, Elite, Prime, and Mini. Each massager comes with a set of attachments, all designed for use on different parts of the body.

The Theragan Prime is a simple, no nonsense device: it has four attachments that can apply up to 30 pounds of force to any part of the body and is virtually silent while stressing the muscles. If you've never dipped your toe into the personal massager market, this tool is an easy starter device for a variety of problems.

I really can't remember the last time my back didn't hurt. Whether it's a lack of core strength, poor posture from working from home, or some other cause, dull but constant back and neck pain is something I've come to accept as normal. I'm a big fan of the occasional massage, but they can be pricey and there are only so many therapists I can trust to relieve my stiff back. There is nothing more uncomfortable than a relaxing massage. I want to be in mild discomfort the whole time and feel like my body is clearly relaxed at the end of the session. To me, a gentle massage means paying someone to oil my body. I can do that at home for free!

My back has been a complete wreck for the past few months. The twisting in my neck won't go away and I'm getting used to waking up every morning feeling uncomfortable. I moved a few weeks ago because I had to do some heavy lifting that I haven't done in years. Normally, it's time to spend $200 or more on a massage. But it didn't seem like the right time to go into a sealed room without a mask; the anxiety of contracting COVID seemed to work against the atmosphere of relaxation I was looking for.

I had heard rumors about Seraghan and figured now was the time to buy. When it came to choosing a model, I went with Prime for several reasons. First, it was the least expensive of the lot, yet it promised an intense massage. Second, the idea of buying a Theragan Pro that could exert 60 pounds of force excited me, but let's face it, I am not an athlete or a person with particularly large muscles. To be honest, I am neither an athlete nor do I have particularly large muscles. I figured it was time to forget my masochistic massage tendencies and get something that fits my lifestyle.

I am not the least bit disappointed with my choice. While the Theragan Pro is great, Prime does everything I need and more. On the lowest setting, it is safe to use on sensitive areas like the neck. For larger, more durable areas like my back, quads, and glutes, I have it on high. It's exactly like having a live-in masseuse. You can easily use it yourself, or have someone else use it on you while you lie back and relax. I can now go a week without feeling my spine trying to slip out of my body. If I do get an occasional ache, five minutes of using the Theragan will fix it in no time.
