Last week, Beyoncé's 9-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, made headlines on Twitter (opens in new tab) when she was first seen in a video modeling in a campaign for her mother, Icy Park. Now, official photos of Blue posing in clothing from the line have appeared, revealing that Blue is an excellent model, in addition to her other (opens in new tab) talents (opens in new tab). Beyonce, a proud mom, published two photos of her daughter at the shoot on her website. Blue knows how to pose, but it's basically in her genes:

By the way, Blue wasn't even supposed to model for the Icy Park shoot. Her grandmother, Tina Lawson, revealed on Twitter that Blue participated in the shoot herself. She apparently knew that she needed to let the world know about her talent in 2020.

Lawson said, "My beautiful grandson, Blue Ivy, is like a little supermodel in Ivy Park. Swing your hair blue, !!!! She inserted herself into this shoot. No, she was not supposed to be in it! She just hung out and got dressed and I think she said "I'm not going to tell you what I can do, I'm going to show you" I love that aggressive spirit in my blue blue !!!! ❤️"

Of course, this isn't the first time Blue has modeled. She has also modeled for Beyonce's previous Ivy Park campaigns (open in new tab), and Blue could be in the mix at this year's Grammy Awards, which will be held on March 14. The 9-year-old is among the artists for Beyonce's "Brown Skin Girl (opens in new tab)," which is nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Music Video.
