There are many reasons to love Amazon, but one of my favorites is their collaborative line of must-have basics called "The Drop" (opens in new tab). The latest with Japanese actress Aya Asahina (opens in new tab) launches today. If you haven't heard this news, it means you need to hurry up and buy it before it sells out.

The collection, designed by Amazon influencers, is mostly what we would want to wear in the moment and features people who are truly involved in the design of the collection.

Aya Asahina's edit for The Drop consists of classic pieces that we need more of in our closets. A boxy white popover that fits like the boyfriend button-downs we always dream of (open in new tab), a versatile black blazer that can be worn with anything (open in new tab), and a pair of wide cream pants that could one day be worn to the office (open in new tab open in new tab). And the one piece we can't wait to get our hands on (thanks, Amazon Prime!) ), a floaty tiered dress (opens in new tab) that we'll be wearing this spring and summer. Available in white and blue versions, it's an MVP-to-be style that I plan on wearing with sandals or sneakers, belted or unbelted, or thrown over a swimsuit whenever I need a cover-up.
