Beyonce Sets New Record at 2021 Grammy Awards
It's official: Beyoncé has broken another Grammy record, becoming the first female artist ever to win more Grammys. That's 28 Grammys. That's right, Beyonce has won 28 Grammy Awards. In her speech, Beyonce thanked her for winning the Best R&B Performance award, which solidified the record, and gave a shout out to her daughter Blue Ivy, who also won a Grammy tonight. (What were you doing at age 9?!)
In total, tonight, Bee won four awards: Best R&B Performance for "Black Parade," Best Music Video for "Brown Skin Girl," Best Rap Performance, and Best Rap Song for "Savage" featuring Meghan C. Stallion. She won four awards for Best Rap Song. Beyoncé surpassed Alison Krauss to become the most decorated woman ever to win a Grammy.
Naturally, Twitter held every emotion.
I love you, Beyonce!
