Princess Eugenie Shares New Photo of Son August on Mother's Day

Mother's Day is still months away in the U.S., but in the U.K., mothers will be celebrated this weekend. Princess Eugenie celebrated her first Mother's Day as a parent by sharing a new photo of her baby boy on Instagram.

"I am so excited to be a mom to August. As you can see, I am enjoying my first Mother's Day," she wrote in the caption, accompanied by a photo of August enjoying flowers. The newborn baby was wearing a knit cap, sweater, onesie with a whale on it, and cute bunny slippers.

Eugenie also paid tribute to her own mother, Sarah Ferguson (opens in new tab)." I celebrate my beautiful mama with this picture of us taken in March 1990. You have taught me so much. Happy Mother's Day, everyone.

Princess Eugenie and husband Jack Brooksbank welcomed their latest royal baby on February 9 (opens in new tab) at Portland Hospital in London. According to a press release, the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Duke of York, Sarah, the Duchess of York, and George Brooksbank and his wife were all "overjoyed" by the news.

Shortly after their arrival in August, Eugenie and Jack shared a photo of their new family of three taken by a midwife on Instagram (opens in new tab).

"Thank you for all the beautiful messages. Our hearts are filled with love for these little humans and words cannot express it. We are so excited to share these photos with you all." Eugenie shared on social media. 'Thank you to all the wonderful and indispensable people, including the midwife who came to discharge our baby boy.'
