Kate Middleton proves fuchsia is the hottest color of the season

Kate Middleton has done it again. In her latest outing, the Duchess attended a high school science class in North London and looked elegant as always. She wore a fuchsia coat, which according to What Kate Wore is from Hobbs London, layered with a matching turtleneck sweater, proving that fuchsia is the shade of the season.

Middleton paired her vibrant items with tight black pants and navy pointed-toe stilettos, and also proudly wore her sapphire engagement ring as she spoke to educators at Harrow's Nower Hill High School.

The class the Duchess of Cambridge attended was on neuroscience and the importance of early childhood development. During her outing, she also spoke to the students in her class and looked at assignments with them.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's Instagram account posted about Middleton's latest engagement, writing, "The first five years of life have an extraordinary impact on the adults we become. These five years are the foundation for how we respond to the greatest challenges of the rest of our lives, our long-term health, wellbeing and resilience." [And the @OxChildPsych study, which educates teens in science classes about how their childhood experiences shape their brain development, is just one example of how we can learn more about this.

"Thank you Nower Hill HS students for sharing your experiences!"

Commenters overwhelmingly supported the initiative, agreeing with the importance of early childhood development and admiring the enthusiasm with which the Duchess spoke to the children.
