Kourtney Kardashian's two sons, Mason and Layne Disick, were both born on December 14.

The elder Kardashian set up an elf "concert" with lots of toys this year with the help of her fiancé Travis Barker to celebrate the two. ELF's drum set reads "ELF 182" in reference to the band Blink-182, of which Barker is the drummer. On her Instagram Story, Kardashian posted a photo of the sweet setup to the band's "All The Small Things" soundtrack.

Other members of the family gathered to celebrate Mason and Reign's special day. Kris Jenner wrote, "Happy Birthday to Mason and Rhyne!" with the caption, "Happy birthday to Mason and Lyin!" and posted a collage featuring the two boys! The patriarch then posted individual tributes to his grandchildren. To Mason, she wrote, "I will never forget the day my first grandson Mason was born ....... For it was the beginning of my journey as a grandmother."

To Lynn, she said, "And Lynn. You are such a joy! You are so funny and loving and ...... You have a great sense of humor and someone who looks at life with enthusiasm and joie de vivre!"

Kim Kardashian also wrote adorable messages to her nephews. To Mason, she wrote: "You are so mature and I love you for that. You are very protective of your cousins and everyone in your family. I love you so much and will always be there for you."
