Kanye West says Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott helped with his birthday party in Chicago.
This past weekend, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's daughter Chicago celebrated her fourth birthday in grand style, but unfortunately, the party had more drama than any other family.
West was quite upset to have missed such a major milestone in his daughter's life, claiming that he had not been informed prior to the event where it would take place.
"Y'all, I was just wishing my daughter a public Happy Birthday," the rapper said on Instagram (via Us Weekly).
"I wasn't allowed to know where her party was, and there's nothing legal that says this is the kind of game we're playing. This stuff has been affecting my health for a really long time and I'm not playing. This year I am going to take control of my narrative... I called Kim and emailed the nannies. I just got off the phone with Tristan (Thompson) and he wouldn't give Chloe (Thompson) the address of my daughter's birthday party. It's going to be etched in her mind that I wasn't there for my daughter." [However, a source told Us Weekly that West was in fact informed of the location of the party and was welcome to come if he wanted to.
Whoever is telling the truth on this one, all's well that ends well, and West was eventually able to attend Chicago's birthday with a little help from Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott.
"Yo, I'm so happy right now," he later said on Instagram." I just came from Chi's party and I gotta shout out to Travis Scott for sending me the address and time so I could spend my birthday memories with my daughter and be with the rest of the family."
And now it was Jenner's turn to come to West's rescue. 'I saw everybody,' he said. 'It was Kris [Jenner] and Corey [Gamble] and Kylie. Kylie let me in right when I got there. We just had a conversation, an open dialogue, and we had a great time with everyone. I am so happy to be there for the kids. I want to thank everyone for their support in this situation.
West also previously claimed that Kardashian did not let him in the house while Pete Davidson was there. Good grief.
