Britney Spears Says She Knows Jamie Lynn's "True Heart" on Twitter
Britney Spears has scorched her entire family since being released from 13 years of conservatorship.
In a lengthy Memo App statement posted on her Twitter page on Saturday, Britney clarified some of the harsh things she said about Jamie Lynn in an earlier post, telling him she loved him "unconditionally" and that she knew her "true heart." But she definitely did not retract or backtrack on her accusations against Jamie Lynn.
"Jamie Lynn... I don't think your book is about me at all. I said harsh things because you are obviously hurting me by making things up about me!" . Possibly alluding to Jamie Lynn's Good Morning America interview, Britney continues that she is confused by some of the things Jamie Lynn is saying.
Britney also mentions being "kicked out" against her will and says she is hurt that Jamie Lynn's loyalty seems to lie with "the people who have hurt (Britney) the most."
"I needed you, my family, my blood, and your support more than anything!" She writes. 'You guys did absolutely nothing for me until a year ago!
Throughout their social media interactions, Jamie Lynn has assured Britney that she has always supported her and has reached out to her many times over the years. 'I've always been my sister's biggest supporter,' she told GMA. 'So when she needed help, I made sure she had a way to do so. I went out of my way to make sure she had the connections she needed to end this conservatorship and make it all go away for our family." But it was Britney herself who "walked through the door," she said.
She is obviously still angry, but the last part of Britney's message is more forgiving." Say whatever you want to say: ...... Just know that I know your true heart better than anyone else," she wrote. 'I wish I could do interviews like you do! It's all so scary... I respect you for being strong."
After the Twitter message went up, Jamie Lynn posted an Instagram story and asked her sister to call her and "deal with this personally" because "this is embarrassing and has to stop."
