This therapy dog liked Kate Middleton better than Prince William.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's social media team knows what the public wants.
When posting about the royal couple's latest official engagement in Lancashire, England, the person in charge of their Twitter account posted a side-by-side comparison of a photo of the Duke holding a cute puppy and the Duchess doing the same. 'Which do you think Alfie, the therapy dog, likes better?'
Well, it's a little awkward, but Alfie the therapy dog looked like he was trying to squirm out of Prince William's arms. There are many reasons I envy the Duchess (her musical skills, her fashion sense, the tiara I couldn't get on Amazon), but getting to sniff the dog must be number one.
Clearly, Prince William didn't take it too badly:

Middleton said.
Her husband added, "Yeah, 'Who have you been seeing?'" '" she added.
The duchess wore a Massimo Dutti camel coat over an Iris & Ink wool turtleneck sweater and suede heeled boots. Her blackened hair was down and wavy.
The Cambridges met Alfie when they visited Crisarrow Community Hospital.
That same day they also stopped by a charity with a wonderful mission.
