Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik recently split amidst a lot of bad news, but daughter Kai has famously stayed out of the spotlight, and in a recent interview with InStyle magazine, Hadid confirmed that this will not be changing anytime soon.

When interviewer Laura Brown asked about the Mickey Mouse ears, Hadid replied, "Someone sent me a pair of mouse ears for Kai. Brown asked, "Do you and Kai just wear Mickey Mouse ears on random Thursdays?" Hadid fired back, "Oh, yeah. It's just regular dress-up."

Additionally, the model spoke about when she actually started her career. Technically, I started modeling when I was in 'Baby Guess. But I don't remember much about modeling as a kid. I was having so much fun playing in the sand. Before I knew it, my mother took me off modeling.

But she's right, she wouldn't even consider letting little Kai join the Baby Guess campaign. 'Yes. No, she's going to do what she wants to do. She might become an astronaut. I don't know."

She continued, " She could be the first astronaut to go into space wearing mouse ears."

"OMG, how cute would that be?

As part of the interview, Hadid also reflected on how her life has changed since giving birth to Kai in 2020. I still can't believe [that I had a child]. It's wild,' she said. 'A lot of my mom friends feel that way, and we're approaching our first couple of years [with kids]. I'm crazy about my kids, but sometimes I look back and say, 'Oh my God, where did you come from? Where did you come from?

And of her relationship with her "mommy friends," she says, "We only talk about babies and sleep and leak-proof bottles. One of them was like, 'Hey, do you want to go out for dinner without the kids? ' I was like, 'Let's go. I hope it happens.
