Kate Middleton Tells Kids They Don't Have to Face Their Troubles Alone in Upcoming TV Appearance

On February 13, children across the UK will be treated to a special bedtime reading by the Duchess of Cambridge.

Kate Middleton, who will appear on CBeebies Bedtime Stories, will read The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark. The Duchess will present the story in honor of Children's Mental Health Week.

As British families await the show's premiere, we were able to see a sneak preview showing the Duchess finishing the book.

"Wow, what an encouraging story. But as Mrs. Owl said, it's better to know what you're afraid of before you make up your mind." Now it's time for bed. Good night.

I don't know about you, but I myself am now soothed by her words.

Appearing on a television show, the Duchess dressed down in a Holland Cooper fair isle turtleneck sweater and light wash jeans. She wore her hair down and wore a dazzling smile.

The Duchess is quite used to appearing on television: recently, she hosted a special carol concert at Westminster Abbey, which aired on ITV. She has also appeared on "A Berry Royal Christmas" special with Mary Berry.
