24 Hours with Paris Hilton

Welcome to Beauty Around the Clock, Marie Claire's weekly peek into the daily lives of the most influential women in their industries. How do these women manage to get through the day's work?

Paris Hilton is everywhere these days, whether she's looking sparkly on Jimmy Fallon, angelic on Ellen, or in love with her new husband Carter Ream on TODAY. The businesswoman, heiress, and juicy couture-clad TV queen of the early 00s has been back in the spotlight in recent months.

As she herself admits, Hilton is always working, and her snarky attitude has paid off in spades: in the past year alone, she has appeared on her own mock cooking show on Netflix, worked with legislators on a bill of rights (opens in new tab) for youth in shared foster care created, and, yes, got married. She announced a new partnership with wellness platform Viome (opens in new tab), which offers at-home testing to generate personalized food recommendations and customized supplements, and gave Marie Claire her beauty secrets (hint: it's all from the inside from the inside out).

I check my work email and schedule to make sure I'm on track for the day.

I'm obsessed with skincare, so I do a whole skincare routine. I use a lot of different products and beauty gadgets like FOREO (opens in new tab), so there's a lot of different steps.

Depending on how I'm feeling that day, if I'm craving something really sweet, I'll make French toast, and since doing Viome, I've learned a lot about which superfoods to eat and what to avoid. I usually make smoothies, and I also add supplements I bought from Viome, and I try to drink a lot of juice and celery juice in the morning to be healthier. [In my smoothies I put bananas, strawberries, goji berries, and the supplements from Viome.

When I'm not working, I like to go natural and no makeup. My signature look is "business boss babe," catwing eyeliner, and a bronzed goddess look.

U Beauty is my favorite. This is the newest product I'm obsessed with, The (opens in new tab)BARRIER (opens in new tab)Bioactive Treatment (opens in new tab). I love Dr. Barbara Sturm (opens in new tab). I also love ToGoSpa, a patch (opens in new tab) that you put under your eyes.

I really concentrate on getting healthy from the inside out. A lot of the signs of aging and inflammation in my body are due to not getting proper nutrition, so I rely on Viome's food recommendations and supplements. This is really important to me. I have never felt better since I started taking supplements. Then I also like to take R3SET (opens in new tab) for stress and sleep.

[For hair], I love Kerastase (opens in new tab) and Olaplex (opens in new tab). Olaplex in particular is the best. I set my hair a lot for work, so I try to do deep conditioning treatments as much as possible.

I also love Britney Spears and Katy Perry, and her album "Teenage Dream" is fantastic. It puts me in a good mood when I listen to it while I'm getting ready, and I feel like if the music is fast and fun, it helps me get ready.

I'm very busy and always working, so I don't have time to work out. I've built a wellness center in my house, so I get into hyperbaric chambers and use a cryotherapy machine. Then I love going for walks in the mountains with my dog, hiking, surfing, skiing, etc.

I also like to get facials and massages to relax, I like to listen to the song "Liquid Mind" on Spotify because it relaxes me the most. My favorite facial is with a woman named Heather Nicole, I've been going to her for years now, she's really amazing and she has really great machines like EMS, light therapy, and endamology that work on the face and body.

Whenever I'm not working, I like to put on Olaplex Deep Conditioning Mask (opens in new tab) and go to bed. I love how moist it makes my hair feel.

I have 29 fragrances (opens in new tab). My 30th perfume is coming out soon, so I have a lot. But right now I'm loving my newest one, Ruby Rush, which just came out. [I decide what perfume to wear] depending on where I'm going, what mood I'm in, whether it's nighttime-y or daytime-y, girly. [Marilyn Monroe.

Like I said, I'm obsessed with skincare, so I do the whole skincare routine. I also use this mask by Denise Gross (opens in new tab) to shed a different light. I do it for 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night and I've noticed a difference. My skin is glowing. [At night I spend about 45 minutes on skin care. And then I also use this lymphatic drainage machine every day. It's called the Balancer Pro, and I put it on every night before bed while I watch TV. It's like a real suit, and you put the leg part on first, then the top part. It feels good, and it's like it compresses my body and drains all the fluids out of it. You don't have to exercise, but it makes your body perfect. It's really cool.

I do the Balancer Pro machine, take R3SET (nightly drink), and put in an app called Sleep Fan (opens in new tab). I like to listen to the sound of the fan and I try not to look at my phone because the blue light on my phone makes it hard to sleep. I often fall asleep watching tv with my husband.

I am a night owl, so going to bed early is very difficult for me. If I have to get up early in the morning, I go to bed around 10 pm, but otherwise I stay up until 3 am.
