Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner joked that they were much happier about Kourtney and Travis' engagement than Kim's.

[The first trailer for Hulu's "The Kardashians" has been released.

The 30-second clip features lots of footage of Kourtney and Travis, including their engagement party. During dinner at the table, their mother, Kris Jenner, raises a glass of white wine to the happy couple and tearfully says, "This makes me so happy!"

The scene then shows her saying.

The focus then shifts to Kim, who utters, "She's never had a reaction like that to me, and there have been a few times." This self-deprecating humor is irresistible.

Kim, recently divorced from her third husband Kanye "Ye" West, was previously married (and apparently engaged at one point) to Damon Thomas and Kris Humphries.

Courtney shares three children with her longtime on/off partner, the former Scott Disick, but this is her first engagement. Travis was previously married to Melissa Kennedy and Shanna Moakler.

The rest of the trailer shows Kendall in a car, Kris wearing huge sunglasses inside, Khloe getting her hair done, Kylie's impressive office, Kim in her amazing pink outfit for "Saturday Night Live," and exactly more Courtney and Travis in showing images like these.

As a matter of fact, I thought "The Kardashians" was a nice, minimalist title, but "The Courtney and Travis Show" would be more accurate at this point.

Anyway, if your life feels very empty without a "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" fix, it won't be long before you wait for this ahem-very similar show, airing April 14 on Hulu. Watch the trailer here.
