Kate Middleton was in Denmark for a two-day visit and obviously couldn't miss a stop at the local royal family. [Dressed in a very elegant gray wool coat by Catherine Walker, the Duchess of Cambridge was officially engaged to Princess Mary of Denmark and visited Queen Margrethe II at the Christian IX Palace.

The photo of the Duchess and Princess Mary is particularly delightful, and one can see that the two are very friendly and comfortable with each other. I am particularly enamored with this photo, in which the princess seems to be confiding some drama to her English counterpart, and she is laughing hysterically. Can I gossip with these two?

The two queens, ages 40 and 50, visited together the Danner Crisis Center and Shelter, which supports women and children who are victims of domestic violence.

They also went together to the palace of Christian IX, one of the palaces of Amalienborg Castle, to meet with King Margrethe II. Here, too, the relationship between the three women was very smooth and they seemed to enjoy each other's company very much.

"It is easy to see that Kate, Queen Margarete, and Crown Princess Mary have a wonderful relationship.

"In some pictures, when Kate is in the presence of Queen Margarete, she stands with her hands together in front of her body. This is an unconscious gesture, indicating that Kate recognizes that Queen Margarete is the most powerful person in the room.
