Kim Kardashian is ready to end her divorce from Kanye "Ye" West.

In a new victory for SKIMS founder Kim Kardashian, a judge has approved a request she filed in December to declare herself legally single.

Back in February, a source claimed that West was delaying the process by not signing the document. However, that particular chapter is now a thing of the past, and both are now officially single.

TMZ first reported the news, detailing the court hearing in which Kardashian called in a video call and West was absent and represented by an attorney.

At the end of the hearing, Kardashian was asked for the record, "Do you have a problem with your relationship?" He was asked, "Yes," to which he replied, "Yes. She then asked, "Do you think counseling can save your marriage?" He was asked, "No."

Neither answer is particularly shocking, given that Talent first filed for divorce in early 2021. She has since developed a relationship with comedian Pete Davidson, and West has been involved with several women, including actress Julia Fox. More recently, West has been spotted out with model and behavioral health advocate Cheney Jones.

The former Kardashian-West (now legally "Kim Kardashian" and "Ye," respectively) have had a rather nasty separation. The rapper has made numerous public declarations to his ex-wife, seemingly in an attempt to win her back, and has repeatedly threatened violence against Davidson. His latest effort came in the form of a music video in which Davidson is kidnapped and buried. Several media outlets have noted the disturbing nature of West's actions.

Kardashian has stated that she wants it all to end, citing the "emotional pain" her ex is inflicting on her.
