Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson, previously an unlikely couple, seem to have picked up steam since they began dating in the fall. With "The Kardashians," which will soon premiere on Huly on April 14, replacing the Kardashians' previous show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," which aired on E! for [14 years, fans of America's first reality TV family are wondering if Davidson had been racking their brains trying to determine whether or not Davidson would appear on the new show.

Well, we now have a more definite answer - although it's still not incredibly clear.

"I've never shot with him," Kardashian revealed in a recent cover story for Variety. 'I'm not opposed to that. It's just not something he would do."

The SKIMS founder doesn't want readers to think her boyfriend is withdrawn and rude. She continued, "But if there's some event and he's there, he won't tell the camera to go away." I might film something really exciting, but it won't be for this season."

Does that mean we won't get any behind-the-scenes details about their relationship? Don't worry: Kim Kardashian is one half of this couple, and she will see to it that we get all the information we want. In "The Kardashians," she told Variety, "there will be all the details that everyone wants to know about how we met, who approached who, and how it happened." I'm definitely open to talking, and I'll definitely explain." Okay, phew.

Davidson is a much more private person than most people the Kardashians associate with: for example, he has been off social media for several years. He recently returned briefly to Instagram, but then quit again a few days later.
