Reportedly, the Cambridges were skiing during the Sussex couple's visit to the U.K.

On their way to the Invictus Games in The Hague, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stopped in England to say "hey hey hey" to the Queen. The Duke of Sussex had returned to his native country since immigrating to the U.S. in 2020, but the Duchess had not returned.

One might have expected the Sussexes not to stay long in the UK and to stop by Prince William and Kate Middleton, but there were actually logistical reasons why they could not do so. Apparently, the Cambridges were on a ski trip with their children in Courchevel in the French Alps while the Sussexes were visiting.

Hello! reports that Prince George was photographed learning to ski at the resort amid several reports that the royal couple was enjoying a mountain vacation.

It is unclear exactly what the current state of the relationship between Prince William and Prince Harry and his wife is, but it is safe to say that it is not the best it has ever been.

Apparently, when the Duke of Sussex returned to England for Prince Philip's funeral, the Duchess of Cambridge almost had to set up a conversation between the brothers, royal expert Angela Levine previously told Marie Claire.

According to another report, Prince William did not want to attend the unveiling of his mother's statue with Prince Harry because he was completely "furious" about the Sussex couple's Oprah interview.

Despite their obvious discomfort, the two princes ended up attending the event together.
