The home Kate Middleton and Prince William chose in Windsor reportedly belongs to Princess Eugenie
Every family has various disagreements. ...... Most usually, they do not revolve around who gets to live in which of the various mansions of the Queen, the grandmother.
But for the Windsors (literally), the dispute seems to be over who will occupy Adelaide Cottage, the royal estate in Windsor.
It was reported earlier this week that of the possible options in Windsor, the house is likely the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's first choice, and they have been thinking about moving for months.
As they reportedly plan to move in the summer, the Daily Mail revealed that Prince William's cousin, Princess Eugenie, also had her eyes on Adelaide.
Eugenie was "trying to secure Adelaide Cottage for a while for when she moves out of Frogmore," a source told the Mail.
"Prior to Andrew's recent scandal, it was definitely the property they were trying to secure for their daughter."
Of course, this has not been confirmed by anyone involved, so it is possible that the two have already discussed and come to an agreement. Hopefully there will be no drama between the families.
Eugenie lives at Frogmore Cottage with her husband Jack Brooksbank and son August, but the house actually still belongs to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who lived there for a few months when they were still in England. This could not have been a permanent home for Eugenie and her family, and it is possible that they were considering Adelaide as an alternative.
