The latest episode of "The Kardashians" revealed how the family learned about the parent-child scandal in which Tristan Thompson was found to have a child with a Texas woman, Maralee Nichols. As one might expect, it was not pretty.

Kim Kardashian apparently first learned of the fact when she saw a legal filing from Tristan seeking a paternity test to prove that the child Nichols is pregnant with is (or, realistically, is not) her child. In that document, he clearly admits that he slept with her on her 30th birthday.

Kim asked Thompson before filming this scene if Chloe knew all about it, to which he replied that Chloe did not. Did he think that Chloe did not know? How could a woman who is part of the wealthiest and most powerful family on the planet have a lawyer in tow ...... It's really mind-boggling."

Kim then called Kylie Jenner on camera. Her sister, who had just woken up, seemed really upset for Khloe and asked, "Is Tristan the worst person on the planet?" She even said. Later, Courtney joined the call and blamed the sisters for the situation. Meanwhile, Chloe was still asleep.

Piecing everything together, Kim recalled that Khloe threw Thompson a 30th birthday party (presumably the day before her actual birthday), then returned to Houston for the basketball player to play and slept with Nichols.

It was previously reported that Thompson told Chloe about this latest affair after she learned of it from the media, but it is now unclear how accurate that is, whether the "media" were actually her sisters, or whether her sisters told her in the first place! . From the video of Chloe's phone call, in which she first saw the legal documents sent to her by Kim, it appears to be the latter.

Tragically, earlier in the episode, Khloe said she was considering marrying Thompson down the road; the two are co-parenting a daughter, True, and recently, the Good American founder reportedly ended their romantic relationship once and for all. He had previously cheated on her several times, and she had given him several chances for redemption.
