Having a child is like a roller coaster within a roller coaster. I mean, you never know what the day will bring.

The latest adventure in the Teigen/Legend (nay, Stevens) household was little Miles (age 4) literally knocking out his 6-year-old sister Luna's teeth.

His mother, Chrissy Teigen, filmed the mishap, and Miles rushed in from outside and said, "Mom! Luna's tooth fell out," she posted on Instagram Stories.

Teigen did not seem too upset by the incident. "Really?" She asked with a laugh.

Miles then rattled off a series of unfamiliar words, "It just came out!" He concluded. He followed Luna and Teigen's mother, Vilailac, into the house.

"You punched her in the mouth and it came out?" Teigen continued.

But Luna wanted to keep her brother out of trouble. She said, "He did it accidentally," she said, holding out her teeth to show off the gap in the front of her mouth where a total of three teeth appeared to be missing.

See, here's the deal: a quick Google search tells me that most children's baby teeth fall out around age 6. Luna's teeth were probably ready to fall out anyway.

Teigen also recently published a selfie with her cute daughter when (she thinks) only one tooth was missing, captioning it "Tooth Fairy Time."
