Zendaya opens up about "boundaries" with fans

With her roles in such blockbusters as "Hibiki! Euphoria," "Spider-Man," "Dune," "Malcolm & Marie," and "Space Jam," Zendaya officially became an A-list actress.

But the star was an actress long before she became a household name, launching her career on Disney Channel's "Shake It Up" with Bella Thorne.

For her, that period before fame was a blessing, as she was able to learn how to get through that part of her life slowly and, according to her, quite well.

Zendaya opened up about it all in her latest cover interview with Italian Vogue magazine.

"Lately, there has been more of a change regarding how I react when I meet people and how people interact with me on a daily basis. [Of course, there are new challenges and pressures that come with it, but I've been doing this for a long time and I started fairly young. So thankfully, it hasn't completely changed overnight, I've had a little time to ease into my experience and grow"

. Because it means that people are resonating with the work I'm doing, and that means a lot to me"

.

She also explained that, overall, her fans really respect the boundaries she has set for them to keep a part of her life to themselves.

"A lot of my fans have grown up with me and have seen me evolve in different parts of my life and career, and with that, a lot of us are the same age and have similar views of life, similar ideas, or hopes and wishes for the future, whether it be my career or the world." She said.

"They really understand that I am a human being, even the hardcore ones, and they want me to be happy. They really respect my boundaries and what I want to keep a little more private and to myself."

I'm super happy!
